(More customer reviews)It makes sense that the canning funnel sold by the company that makes the jars would work very well and this does. The white part is a rigid plastic that's easy to handle. The green silicone part is thick enough not feel flimsy, and it folds and unfolds easily.Pros:
The lip is exactly one half inch, which is the headroom called for in a lot of recipes.
The funnel is stepped to fit in all sizes of jars.
Folded it fits perfectly into a drawer or easily fits in with my canning supplies.
It's easy to use and easy to clean.
The silicone is smooth enough that it's easy to get everything through the funnel without excessive sticking.
The stepped design means it will work in all the types of jars they make.
The top opening is nice and big for ladling thick salsas and jams. Nothing went outside the funnel.
Cons- None for me. I'm really happy with this funnel!
