(More customer reviews)I have tried ordering one of these 3 times and had to return each one. (Amazon doesn't offer an exchange on this item.) They have all arrived at my home scratched and/or dented, even when there was nothing else in the box. Something must be very wrong with the way they are stored. I tried reordering because I have one sheet that's good. It's very good. I now own several of the Fat Daddio's pans. They are sturdy, heat evenly, and clean easily. I wish I could get another cookie sheet, but who wants a new cookie sheet whose cooking surface is deeply gouged?
