(More customer reviews)I have made over 35 different batches of low-sugar jams and marmalades in the past couple of years. I decided to purchase this product (the 4.7oz jar) because I often don't use a whole packet at a time. The label states that this is a "new formula". 4 batches later and this new formula makes sauce (like applesauce), not jam. There is no gelling effect with the use of this product whatsoever. I'm going to have to go back to Sure-Gel, re-open all of my jars, toss all the lids I've used, and loose a good bit of jam in the re-heating process. I'm incredibly peeved.
