(More customer reviews)Very happy with this product. The consistancy is PERFECT for salsa, I have used it twice with perfect results. My husband suggested I try it for tomato sauce as he likes a hearty, thick semi-chunky sauce. So I tried if for that too, and the sauce came out thick like puree after cooking. Highly recommended, great time saver.
